A). Normally most of the European Trains open for bookings 3 months ahead, apart from Eurostar opens 6 Months ahead

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Tickets
Most train tickets sold by Trainseurope Ltd are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a booking has been confirmed and tickets issued, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made unless specifically permitted by the relevant train operator’s fare conditions.

Refunds in the Event of Service Disruption
In cases where a train service is cancelled or significantly disrupted, certain train operators may allow partial or full refunds. Trainseurope Ltd will process such requests strictly in accordance with the train operator’s refund policy.
Please note that approval and processing times for such refunds are entirely at the discretion of the train operator and cannot be guaranteed by Trainseurope Ltd.

Booking Fees
All booking and service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including where the train operator authorises a refund of the ticket fare.

Ticket Validity and Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all passenger details, travel dates, and times are correct before confirming the booking. Trainseurope Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors or missed connections resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
