Hi, I've just made a FIP card/Eurostar booking. Fas dealt with my booking & from start to finish he went out of his way to accommodate my family's needs. Due to the Olympics the trains were busy & he searched to find a way to get us to where we needed to be. Nothing was too much trouble & he went out of his way to make sure every detail was correct & emails were getting through. He's a credit to your organisation and I will definitely be using Trains Europe for my future bookings. In fact, I'll be specifically be asking for Fas!
If you want to let the train take the strain, we cannot recommend Fas highly enough to plan your vacation. It was simply the most delightful, relaxing way to travel. For our group of four, Fas had reserved two double en suite cabins on the Nightjet sleeper train. We were given small bottles of sparkling wine, water, snacks, and eye masks upon arrival and departure, and breakfast was served in our carriage before to arrival in Innsbruck/Amsterdam. It's great to have your own shower and toilet facilities, so while trains may appear to be slightly more expensive than flights, you'll save money on hotel accommodations. The timetables of the trains arranged by Fas worked wonderfully. Despite the RMT strike on the day of our Eurostar departure, everything went according to plan, as Fas had already promised us. All four of us who frequently fly agreed that taking the train was a far superior way to travel. Less trouble, lineups, and restrictions; greener, more convivial, and relaxing. Definitely the way forward. Because we are all retired, time is clearly not an issue, therefore it is not practicable for people who work and want to make the most of their time at the end destination. Thank you, Fas, for all your efforts in organising our trip and providing such a fantastic time for us all. We will surely return to you for our next European trip.
